For orders placed within 18.30 hours of items available in stock, delivery is guaranteed at the following 24h, except for major islands for which 48h are provided. Being able to count on the collaboration with the most reliable national and international couriers, the customer can indicate their preference in phase of closing order.

Right of withdrawal and guarantee

The items sold are covered by the right of withdrawal, as required by the current legislation of the Consumer Code, within 7 working days of receipt. This right will be guaranteed only if the products are returned intact, fully functional and in the original packaging. All items are covered, as per the regulations on products for industrial use, by 12 months warranty.

Returns

The return of purchased items and results damaged and/ or not working, follows a precise procedure, managed in agreement with the suppliers, explained in the relevant form for the request for authorization that can be downloaded by clicking on the button below. A dedicated office will follow each step until the problem is resolved.
